1. What are you most excited about in your role at Specialty Tax Group?

I'm excited to learn from my colleagues whose diverse backgrounds bring fresh perspectives to solving complex client challenges. I know their breadth of experience will help us become more agile, innovative, and effective in supporting our clients' success.

2. What is your favorite aspect of the work you do?

I enjoy digging deep into research and analysis to uncover opportunities others may have missed. I've always been curious, and helping clients solve problems through that discovery process is especially rewarding.

3. How would you describe your work style?

My work is grounded in data, research, and evidence-based problem solving. I balance that analytical focus with collaboration, whether that's mentoring teammates, identifying opportunities for clients, or working with economic development partners to help businesses grow.

4. What do you consider to be your best quality?

I'm naturally skeptical of easy answers. I tend to keep pulling on a thread until I know we've found the right answer, not just the convenient one.

5. When you're not working, what can you usually be found doing?

I recharge by spending time outdoors with my family. Whether it's geocaching, camping, or discovering what makes an unfamiliar city unique, I enjoy experiences that combine adventure and learning.
