Why did you choose to work at STG?
STG’s focus on technical accuracy, integrity, and real client value really stood out to me. The team’s depth of expertise and collaborative culture made it a place where I could apply my engineering background while continuing to grow in specialty tax consulting.
What is your favorite aspect of your job?
I enjoy translating complex technical data into clear, defensible tax benefits. Whether it’s a cost segregation study or an energy incentive analysis, it’s rewarding to see how precise engineering work directly impacts a client’s bottom line.
What’s your work style?
Methodical, detail-oriented, and proactive. I believe strong documentation, clear communication, and anticipating questions before they arise are key to delivering high-quality results.
What “bright idea” do you find yourself sharing over and over again?
Good documentation isn’t just about compliance—it’s what gives clients confidence and protects their savings long-term.
What do you consider to be your best quality?
My ability to connect technical analysis with practical business outcomes. I focus on accuracy, but I never lose sight of the client’s goals.
What did 10-year-old you want to be when you grew up?
An Offshore Fishing Boat Captain. I loved going out on the water and being gone for days with nothing around you. Fighting the huge tuna and marlin were always a dream.

Woodworking. Something to do with my hands. I am blessed for the life that my career has provided me, but I would love getting to build and get my hands dirty.
